Should you wish to bring a guest in with you, a charge of £22.50 will apply per adult guest.

SKYLIFE Lounge Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
It is important that you read each section of these terms and conditions carefully, in purchasing a SKYLIFE Lounge loyalty card you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
Where the following words are used in these terms and conditions, they shall have the meaning shown below:
The London Southend Airport lounge, operated by London Southend Airport.
The total amount payable for annual membership of the scheme, this is non-refundable.
Loyalty card holder
The person whose name will appear on the card only.
The SKYLIFE lounge loyalty card issued to the loyalty card holder. This card remains the responsibility of the loyalty card holder during the membership term.
A period of twelve months starting on the date which you purchased the SKYLIFE lounge loyalty card and ending twelve months after the start date. The card will become invalid twelve months from issue.

Either in person at SKYLIFE or on the website. Please note that if purchasing online, the Loyalty card will be issued on your first visit, please allow an additional five minutes for the card to be issued on your first visit. You will need to present your online receipt and photographic Identification.
If a loyalty card holder is in breach in anyway, SKYLIFE and London Southend Airport reserve the right to instruct the loyalty card holder to vacate SKYLIFE and terminate the membership – If membership is terminated, there will be no right to any refund. Conditions and limitations
The loyalty card is not a payment card, nor does it hold any credit.
The loyalty card is not transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the named loyalty card holder.
The loyalty card, boarding pass and photo identification must be presented by all members on entrance to SKYLIFE to gain entry.
If your loyalty card is lost, stolen or damaged, you must notify SKYLIFE immediately and we will provide you with a replacement card on your next visit. There will be an administration charge of £20 for replacing lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged cards.
Loyalty cardholders should be aware of the SKYLIFE full terms and conditions, available on the website and on request in SKYLIFE.
Lounge staff will log each visit on entry to SKYLIFE and advise of remaining visits available.
The maximum of ten visits cannot not exceeded.
It is possible for members to purchase multiple cards annually, either directly from the lounge or via the website.
Access to SKYIFE lounge for un-booked guests of a loyalty card holder may be restricted due to space constraints, this will be at the discretion of the lounge coordinator.
Any member who does not comply with SKYLIFE terms & conditions will have their membership terminated without refund and will be instructed to vacate SKYLIFE.
Entrance to the lounge is available from two hours before the advertised departure time, the maximum stay in SKYLIFE in case of flight delay is three hours. Further payment will be required, or an additional lounge membership stay will be logged if the three hour period is exceeded by members.
Applicants must be 18-years of age or older.
All charges are non-refundable.
